Cancellation Charges

The following cancellation charges will be applicable based on the number of days prior to departure:

• 25% of the total tour cost – Cancellation made 180 days or more before departure.
• 50% of the total tour cost – Cancellation made 150 to 179 days before departure.
• 100% of the total tour cost – Cancellation made 149 days or less before departure.

Refund Policy

For refund processing, the customer must send an email to info@expressholidays.in with the following details:

• Confirmed Tour Plan
• Payment Details
• Bank Account Details for Refund

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt of the email and the required documents.
